Tickers
News tickers, stock tickers, sports tickers, weather tickers etc. Tickers come in all types and take up very little screen realestate and can really add to a page's content, constantly changing the content.
ShortNews Ticker - Highly Recommended
A highly configurable news ticker you can add to your web pages. ShortNews is also the content provider and seem to have a community of volunteer journalists who submit stories from all over the internet. ** PROBLEM REPORTED DEC 2003 ** They seem to use excessive popunders each time a news story is closed. Other than that, a good service.
